Merry Christmas December 24, 2008

Posted by shaferfinancial in Uncategorized.

As I write this post, it is snowing outside my window here in New Hampshire.  The wood fire is blazing, my son is expecting to get some skiing in before church, and the Christmas Tree is lite.  Expectations are high for a wonderful Christmas.  I’m pretty sure there is little that can ruin the atmosphere.  There is ample psychological evidence that expectations lead to reality.  What I mean is that by setting expectations first, we can create our own reality down the line.  We become what we believe in!  I  am grateful we will have friends and relatives over for Christmas dinner.  Hope all of you will have a equally good holiday.  Let us take the lessons of Christmas cheer and apply them to our lives throughout the year.

Merry Christmas!
